IM Trucking Inc and CB Trucking Inc ("we", "us") operate delivery routes as

contractors for FedEx. This policy explains what personal information we collect

about our employees, how we use it, and who we share it with.

INFORMATION WE COLLECT

We collect the following from our employees:

  - Name and employee ID

  - Mobile phone number

  - Email address

  - Work records, including days worked, routes driven, and stops completed

  - Pay information, including base pay and bonuses earned

We collect this information directly from the employee during hiring, and from

the payroll and delivery systems we use to run the business.

HOW WE USE IT

We use this information only to run payroll and to communicate with our

employees about their work and their pay. Specifically:

  - To calculate wages and bonuses

  - To send each employee a weekly summary of their own hours, stops, and pay,

    by email or text message

  - To keep the employment records we are required by law to keep

WE DO NOT SELL OR SHARE YOUR INFORMATION

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share it with third parties

for their own marketing. We do not use it for advertising of any kind.

Your mobile phone number is used only to send you information about your own

employment and pay. It is never shared with third parties or used for

promotional messages.

WHO CAN SEE IT

Access is limited to company owners, your terminal manager, and the payroll

service providers we use to process wages and send messages. Those providers

act on our instructions and may not use your information for their own purposes.

TEXT MESSAGES

If you receive pay summaries by text message, you can stop them at any time by

replying STOP, or by asking your terminal manager to remove your number. See our

HOW LONG WE KEEP IT

We keep employment and payroll records for as long as we are required to by

federal and state law, and then dispose of them securely.

YOUR CHOICES

You may ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything

that is wrong, or ask to stop receiving text messages. Contact your terminal

manager or use the details below.
